Kidwell Concepts International is a seminar and coaching company aimed at researching the fields of personal and professional development in order to deliver tools and strategies that can improve the quality of life for men and women throughout the world. Founded by Michael Kidwell the mission of Kidwell Concepts International is to provide seminars, coaching, and resources to lead others to achieve outstanding lives. We strive to help individuals from all backgrounds discover for themselves what their full potential is and to give them the tools and skills necessary to begin realizing that potential.

Biography

Michael Kidwell is a graduate of the California State University of Bakersfield with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Michael graduated with honors and was inducted into the PsiChi National Honors Society for Psychology Majors in May of 2003 as a lifetime member, but his education has not stopped there. He continually strives to improve himself by researching the fields of personal and professional development in order to implement systems and develop resources that will lead others to achieve personal fulfillment and life-long success. His philosophy is that one's learning in life is never through.

Michael is a nationally recognized speaker and coach and has had the distinct honor and privilege to speak to a diverse range of businesses and organizations across a variety of different industries. To view a list of our clients please click here.

After graduating college at age 22 Michael began his journey as a business man shortly after. At age 23 he started Kidwell Concepts International and set out to teach others how to achieve outstanding lives and by age 24 he became the youngest independently contracted trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack and partnered with them to deliver public seminars and on-site trainings to professionals across the country. Now, through his own public seminars, motivational speeches, private trainings, and coaching programs Michael continues to drive his business forward by teaching the philosophies and ideologies that have enabled him and those he has studied to create lasting changes that have lead to real results.

Michael is a firm supporter of both humanitarian and environmental service and helps contribute to his local community by doing volunteer work at various outreach programs and philanthropic organizations. He currently serves as a volunteer for the Special Olympics and believes in helping all those less fortunate than himself and is committed to serving in any area he can whenever he can. Michael’s belief is that "givers gain"; gain the intrinsic value of knowing that what they are doing is making a difference in the world around them. We at Kidwell Concepts International also encourage you to give to your local charitable causes and organizations as well.

Michael has appeared in numerous Southern Californian publications and has been featured on many local access television shows for his speaking and training as well as his coaching. He has worked as a crew member for the Anthony Robbins Companies, has been personally mentored by World-Renowned speaker and author Les Brown's protégé Kevin Bracy, and has worked with Southern California’s authority on Neuro-Linguistic Programming John Santangelo.
